Instructions:
Beat eggs and milk together in a small bowl. Stir in dill, ham or turkey, salt and pepper. Set aside. Spray a small non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Preheat to medium. Saute broccoli and zucchini until just tender, about 2 minutes. Pour egg mixture into skillet with sauteed vegetables. Cook until eggs are almost set, lifting edges of omelette during cooking to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath. Sprinkle cheese on half of the omelette. Fold other half over cheese. Serve with your favourite fruit chutney.

*Spicy fruit chutneys, flavoured with ginger, were developed in India as condiments to accompany curry dishes. The range of chutneys has expanded from the traditional mango to include peach, apple, pear, green tomato, etc. Chutney may be smooth or chunky in texture and the flavours range from sweet to hot.
